Role Description

In this role, you will oversee customer onboarding, ensure client satisfaction by resolving support needs, and act as a central point of communication between clients and technical teams. You will analyze customer feedback, align goals with their specific needs, and contribute to strategies aimed at improving the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding for GPUaaS customers (first 30–90 days).

  • Ensure SLA compliance (99.95%+).

  • Run QBRs and usage expansion strategy.

  • Be the voice of the customer to engineering & leadership.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Customer Success / Solutions Engineering.

  • Experience supporting enterprise AI / cloud customers.

  • Comfortable working with CTOs, ML engineers, and researchers. * Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and analysis.
