Immediate Mission (First 90 Days)

Lead and execute $10M–$50M in capital formation to support near-term deployment of NVIDIA GB300 systems, including structuring and closing equity, debt, and asset-backed financing.

The Role

We are seeking a capital markets leader to drive near-term capital formation and work directly with the CEO on high-impact deal execution.

This is not a typical finance role—this is a front-line position responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing capital.

What You’ll Do

• ⁠Lead capital formation across equity, debt, and asset-backed financing

• Engage family offices, infrastructure funds, and strategic investors

• Structure bankable, repeatable financing models tied to GPU assets

• Drive deals from first conversation to closed capital

• Support investor diligence, materials, and transaction execution

What You Bring

• ⁠Experience in infrastructure finance, private equity, or investment banking

• Strong investor network (family offices, PE, or institutional capital)

• ⁠Proven ability to close capital—not just advise

• ⁠Clear, confident communicator with high ownership mindset
