Immediate Mission (First 90 Days)

Build and activate a high-quality investor pipeline and support $10M–$50M in near-term capital formation by sourcing, engaging, and advancing relationships with family offices, strategic investors, and institutional capital partners.

The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, investor-facing operator to originate and convert strategic capital relationships.

This is not a passive investor relations role—this is a front-line capital origination position responsible for opening doors, driving conversations, and contributing directly to capital closed.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality investors (family offices, HNWIs, institutions)

• ⁠Initiate and lead investor outreach, meetings, and follow-ups

• Partner with leadership to move opportunities toward term sheets and close

• ⁠Represent CNEX in investor discussions and strategic conversations

• Maintain momentum across multiple investor threads simultaneously

What You Bring

• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital partnerships

• Strong network across family offices, HNWIs, or institutional investors

• ⁠High ownership mindset with strong execution speed

• ⁠Clear, confident communicator with relationship-building strength
