An AI Factory operator, end to end

CambridgeNexus is an AI Factory operator that runs seven integrated operating layers (power, cooling, networking, compute, orchestration, compliance and customer workload planning) across Tier III data centers in the United States and Taiwan.

NVIDIA GB300 racks are installed and operational today. CambridgeNexus leases capacity at enterprise scale, on terms from 6 months to 5+ years, with deployment in 75-90 (or fewer) days from contract.

Seven layers. One operating model

CambridgeNexus operates the entire stack, from the power feeding the rack to the workload running on it.

That integration is why our timelines are measured against a signed contract rather than a construction schedule.

See how a deployment runs
  1. Power

Already contracted at every site. Your rack is allocated against power we hold.

  2. Cooling

Liquid or air cooling by configuration: GB300 NVL72 runs liquid-cooled, B300 runs air-cooled. Engineered and operated by us.

  3. Networking

High-performance InfiniBand or RoCE fabric, optimized for large-scale AI workloads. Multiple internet carriers with up to 400 Gbps external connectivity.

  4. Compute

Dedicated GB300 NVL72 bare-metal infrastructure with 72 Blackwell Ultra GPUs per rack, or B300 systems. Fully single-tenant.

  5. Orchestration

Scheduling and cluster management configured to your stack.

  6. Compliance

Export-control screening, KYC and data residency fixed in the contract.

  7. Workload planning

We size the deployment around your training or inference run.

Multiple Tier III AI data centers across the United States. CambridgeNexus selects the site to match your latency, compliance and workload requirements.

Capacity you can plan around

CambridgeNexus holds an allocation of 350+ GB300 NVL72 racks, owned and operated in-house, and leases from a single rack upward.

350+ NVIDIA GB300 rack allocation

More than 25,000 Blackwell Ultra GPUs across the allocation, so you can grow an existing deployment without renegotiating supply or changing sites.

6 months to 5+ years

Longer commitments take priority on capacity. Contracts beyond five years available on request.

Installed and operational

NVIDIA GB300 racks are built and running today. B300 systems are available through our supply access, and a Vera Rubin allocation is secured, expected in mid-2027.

Reserve capacity

Built for production-grade AI workloads

Capacity is sized around the workload you are actually running.

Frontier model training

Sustained multi-week training runs on dedicated capacity, sized to the model you are building.

Reasoning inference

High-throughput inference for reasoning and agentic workloads, sized to the token volumes you serve.

Regulated programs

Finance, biotech, defense and public-sector work, with documented residency and export controls.

75-90 days from contract to acceptance

Facilities are built, and racks are installed, so your timeline is a delivery schedule. Every stage below has a named owner and a date in your contract. Some deployments run faster, depending on rack availability.

  1. 1

    Qualify

We confirm workload, rack count, term and location.

  2. 2

    Contract

Definitive agreement, reservation and committed dates.

  3. 3

    Install

Racks configured, cabled, powered and burned in.

  4. 4

    Acceptance

Validated against your criteria, monitored 24/7, running your workload.

FAQ

What storage comes with a CambridgeNexus GB300 NVL72 rack?

The storage built into the rack is included in the lease. External storage is optional and quoted separately, from established enterprise storage vendors; other vendors are possible on longer lead times. How CambridgeNexus pricing works

Are CambridgeNexus data centers already operating, or still being built?

Already operating. CambridgeNexus runs Tier III facilities in the United States and Taiwan, with GB300 racks allocation secured. Technical detail on any site is available on request. How a CambridgeNexus rack is commissioned and run

How long does deployment take with CambridgeNexus?

75-90 days from contract to installation and acceptance. Or even faster, depending on rack availability. The clock runs from the contract date. The seven readiness gates before acceptance

How much capacity can CambridgeNexus provide?

CambridgeNexus holds an allocation of 350+ GB300 NVL72 racks, more than 25,000 Blackwell Ultra GPUs, and can add thousands of GPUs in B300 systems through its NVIDIA supply access. Capacity is leased at the scale your roadmap requires, on terms from 6 months to 5+ years.

Why doesn't CambridgeNexus publish pricing?

Price depends on rack count, booking timeline and downpayment, so a list price would be misleading. Tell us the scale and term, and CambridgeNexus managers will quote against your actual requirement. What a CambridgeNexus rate includes

How is the installation site decided?

CambridgeNexus proposes the site based on your request (workload, compliance and latency) from its Tier III facilities in the United States and Taiwan, and fixes it in the contract. Data residency and export controls

Does CambridgeNexus offer NVIDIA Vera Rubin systems?

Yes. CambridgeNexus already holds a secured NVIDIA Vera Rubin allocation, with racks expected to be available to lease in mid-2027. Reservations are open now, and reserving early places you first in line before that capacity is committed. Vera Rubin rack leasing
